THE PROCESS
Initial sketches and quick concepts
After a direction was approved, I built out the system, pulling from the copy and data we had:
After additional review from the Creative Director, we got feedback that the direction should feel more reminiscent of the early stages of the internet——pixels, bounding boxes, grids. I further iterated on a few concepts. Once a new direction was approved, the design team and I came up with a new flushed out series. We built all assets of the project out, including the blog posts, social posts, and PDF infographics.
This version was further reviewed. The team got feedback that the creative had to be more bold and confident, which is how we ended up on the final approved concept. This project required quick concepts and iteration. The timeline from initial mood boarding to final handoff was 3-4 weeks.
